Why I Created This Space—and What You’ll Find Here

Not just “long day” tired—but bone-deep, blurry-eyed, running-on-caffeine-and-instinct tired.

And if that’s true… I want to start by saying:
You’re not doing anything wrong.
You’re not broken.
And most importantly—you’re not alone.

I’m Mariana Yancik, certified pediatric sleep consultant, newborn care specialist, and mom. I created Your Sleep Village as a gentle space for families just like yours—families craving rest, clarity, and someone to say, “You’ve got this… and I’ve got you.”

Sleep is one of the most misunderstood (and emotional) parts of early parenthood. There’s so much noise—so many conflicting voices—telling you what your baby should be doing. It’s overwhelming. And honestly? Sometimes, it’s shaming.
