When you are pregnant or newly postpartum, everything feels loud. Every product promises better sleep, happier babies, and calmer days. Most of them do not deliver.

But a few surprised me. These are the products I did not expect to love this much, yet they earned their place through real use, science, and results I saw both as a mom and a sleep consultant.
