  • One in-depth video call (60–90 minutes)
  • Education on newborn sleep patterns, cues, wake windows, and calming techniques
  • Guidance for setting flexible routines and improving naps/nights
  • Custom answers to your specific questions
    Note: This session does not include a written sleep plan.
