That’s why I offer two tailored sleep programs based on your child’s age and sleep environment. Whether you’re just getting started or deep in toddlerhood, I’ll guide you with responsive, personalized support designed to meet your little one where they are.

Newborn, Infant & Toddler

For children 0 to 3 years of age, still sleeping in a crib

From those early newborn weeks to active toddlerhood, this program is designed to support your child’s sleep journey with age-appropriate, responsive guidance. Whether you’re laying the groundwork with healthy newborn habits or navigating night wakings and nap struggles with a growing toddler, you’ll get personalized, gentle support every step of the way.

Newborns (0–14 weeks) will receive sleep foundations education, focused on routines, soothing, and realistic expectations while infants and toddlers (14 weeks to 3 years) benefit from more structured support and the development of independent sleep skills. No matter where you are on the journey, we’ll work closely together to meet your family’s needs with compassion and care.

Toddler & Preschooler

For children 2.5–3 years and older, no longer sleeping in a crib

Toddlers and preschoolers are learning how the world works, and that includes pushing boundaries. This growth is amazing, but it can also seriously disrupt sleep.

This program is for families of little ones who are out of the crib and dealing with bedtime resistance, night wakings, nap struggles, or big transitions (like new siblings or big kid beds). We’ll take a close look at your child’s unique needs, identify the sleep challenges, and build a plan that leads to peaceful, consistent sleep all night long.
